How to Register

We've made the process as easy as possible. Please read the guide below before you begin.

Step 1: Prepare Your Details

Have your personal information ready, including your full name, email address, phone number, and professional identification number (e.g., KCOA membership number, if applicable).

Step 2: Fill the Registration Form

Click the "Proceed to Registration" button below to access our secure form. Please note the following:

  • Your email address will be checked to see if you have registered for a previous event. If so, some details may be pre-filled for your convenience.
  • Fill in all required fields accurately to avoid any errors or delays in processing your registration.

Step 3: Security Check (reCAPTCHA)

To prevent spam, our form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. Here’s how it works:

  • It runs **invisibly in the background** to verify that you are a human user, not a bot.
  • In most cases, you **won't need to do anything**.
  • Occasionally, if the system is unsure, it may ask you to solve a simple puzzle (like clicking on images) to confirm.

Step 4: Choose a Payment Method

After submitting your details, you will be directed to the payment page where you can choose from the following secure options:

  • Lipa na M-Pesa: For local attendees, you can pay instantly using STK Push or by manually entering our Paybill number.
  • PayPal / Card: Ideal for international attendees. You can pay with your PayPal account or a debit/credit card.
  • Pay Later: Select this if you are sponsored or wish to complete the payment at a later date before the conference begins.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation

Once payment is successful (or the "Pay Later" option is confirmed), you will receive an instant confirmation on-screen and a detailed confirmation email with your receipt. Please keep this email for your records.
